Key Ingredients & Health Benefits

Organic!

We are super excited to announce that we have Gone Organic! Those that know me know that supporting companies doing their best to prevent pollution of our bodies and the planet is of utmost importance. It took awhile to source them, but now most of our ingredients are organic!!

Legumes
Beans are nature’s unappreciated power food, and they’re literally the best source of cleansing fiber out there! Our cookies are based on legumes and your digestive system will be grateful when you replace your other sweets with ours. They are also high in plant-based protein, so this combo, along with our use of nuts/seeds is a dream for stabilizing your blood sugars.

Nuts/Seeds
Seeds and nuts are amazing sources of a wide array of alkalizing source of healthy fats, plant-based vitamins and minerals, along with providing protein and fiber.

Dates/Raisins
Our sweets are naturally sweetened with dried fruit! While most treats contain refined sugars, we’re using whole fruit sweeteners so you’ll get a great source of an array of vitamins and minerals as well as fiber, to help balance blood sugar spikes that most treats can cause. And of course this natural sugar has an even lower glycemic index because it’s balanced by natural protein, fats and fiber from the other ingredients. Dried fruit is also tremendous for your digestive system and your bone health!

Organic Cacao Powder
Containing high levels of antioxidants, the benefits of cacao when used in its raw state are abundant. Along with slowing down the aging process and balancing stress hormones, the naturally occurring plant chemicals can also help you feel more euphoric, alert and focused.

Flaxseeds
Full of protein and fiber we use flax meal in all of our Goodies. Also containing Omega-3- fatty acids which are the good fats beneficial for heart health. A true superfood.

Organic Gluten-Free Oat Flour
Oats are a great source of soluble fiber which helps rid your body of cholesterol.  We have chosen a gluten-free flour to help those who are avoiding gluten in their diet.
