Shipping policy

All orders are sent either via USPS Priority or UPS (ground for AZ/OR/CA/NV/ID/UT OR 2 or 3 DAY AIR for areas outside of AZ/OR/CA/NV/ID/UT). Please choose shipping choice that is appropriate to your location. Standard shipping is ONLY appropriate for AZ/OR/CA/NV/ID/UT). Most orders will arrive within 1-3 days of being shipped depending on your region. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number.  We do not take responsibility for orders that have been marked delivered but may not have been received.  We recommend keeping an eye on your tracking number to make sure someone is home when the order arrives. Please refrigerate or freeze any baked goods (cookies/muffins) as they are semi-perishable.
