Sweetened with pumpkin puree and maple syrup, our naturally gluten-free, nut-free vegan muffins are based on pumpkin, oats and sunflower seed meal. These are not your usual crumbly, anemic, sugary, oily muffins. Not only are they rich in satisfying protein, fiber & beta-carotene, they also taste amazing for desserts, breakfast, snacks or anytime on-the-go!

PRO TIP: Remove the paper liner prior to heating.

Notes on storage & consumption: BEST served room temperature or lightly warmed. PLEASE store in the fridge or freezer. Remove your serving from the fridge/freezer, remove the paper liner, and allow to come to room temp, or warm in toaster oven until warmed/thawed. Microwave times can vary so use with EXTRA CAUTION to not overheat and destroy the essence of your fresh product.

When you receive your muffins, please enjoy and store any leftovers in the freezer. They chill very well!
