These gluten-free, oil-free, uniquely gourmet Spicy Black Bean burgers are made from REAL foods! They're a family favorite of ours and will soon be yours as well! They are made from all natural, whole foods based on black beans, oats, millet, quinoa, vegetables and spices.
Imagine these delicately spiced, filling & guilt-free burgers topped with your own creamy HOMEMADE MAYO, lettuce, pickles, tomatoes, marinated red onions and creamy guacamole! They're also great sliced up on salads or in wraps and bowl meals.
They have firm texture that won't fall apart when cooking (or even grilling), they are crispy on the outside and slightly soft on the inside (but never "gushy").
They’re a naturally balanced food that is high in vegetable goodness, protein, fiber, complex carbs and all around balanced nutrition! I can’t list or even pronounce the phytochemicals you’ll get consuming one. A whopping 6.5 grams of fiber and 8 grams of protein per burger, yet 2.5 grams fat (from whole foods, not oil)!
Did you know that Beyond and Impossible Burgers have 18 & 14 grams of fat per patty and are about 50-60% calories from fat? There’s gotta be a better way. And we nailed it!

Notes on storage & consumption:
PLEASE store IMMEDIATELY in the fridge or freezer. REAL BURGERS, are fully cooked and ready-to-eat and best served warmed/toasted/air fried .
EACH PACKAGE CONTAINS FOUR BURGERS

Fully Cooked, Just Heat and Eat.
FROM THE FRIDGE: TOAST (OR BAKE AT 400 DEGREES) ON THE RACK UNTIL WARMED THROUGH AND CRISPY ON THE OUTSIDE FOR 5 MINUTES, THEN TEST, THEN 2-5 MORE MINUTES AS NECESSARY. WATCH FOR BURNING.
FROM THE FREEZER: TOAST (OR BAKE AT 400 DEGREES) ON THE RACK UNTIL WARMED THROUGH AND CRISPY ON THE OUTSIDE FOR 7 MINUTES, THEN TEST, THEN 2-5 MORE MINUTES AS NECESSARY. WATCH FOR BURNING
IN THE AIRFRYER FROM THE FRIDGE: HEAT AT 350 DEGREES FOR 8-10 MINUTES OR UNTIL CRISPY ON THE OUTSIDE. WATCH FOR BURNING.
Microwaves can make foods tough, so use with caution to not overheat. Please allow REAL BURGERS to cool (to firm up) for about 5 minutes before enjoying.
