Sweetened with pumpkin puree and maple syrup, our naturally gluten-free, nut-free vegan muffins are based on pumpkin, oats and sunflower seed meal. These are not your usual crumbly, over-sweet, oily muffins. Not only are they rich in satisfying protein, fiber & beta-carotene, they also taste amazing for desserts, breakfast, snacks or anytime on-the-go!

Ingredients (Cranberry Chocolate Muffins):
Gluten-free oat flour*, pumpkin*, sunflower seed meal*, maple syrup*, apple juice infused dried cranberries* (cranberries, organic apple juice concentrate, organic sunflower oil** (less than 0.5%), vegan chocolate chips* (organic cane sugar, organic cocoa mass, organic cocoa butter), pumpkin seeds, spices*, flax*, vanilla*, baking powder, baking soda, pink salt.

Our unique muffins & cookies are fresh & moist and made from whole foods, therefore they are semi-perishable. Please see the notes below for storage and shipping.
Notes on storage & consumption: BEST served room temperature, cold, or slightly warmed. PLEASE store in the fridge or freezer. Remove your serving from the fridge/freezer and allow to come to room temp, or warm in toaster oven until warmed/thawed. Microwave times can vary so use with EXTRA CAUTION to not overheat and destroy the essence of your fresh product.
